THE POSITION
The overall purpose of the HP Business Services Regional Coordinator is to:

  • Offer support to field teams at a regional level, working closely with sales representatives, various field leaders, District Managers, Healthcare Affairs and Regional Directors
  • Review and approve accredited programs & OLAs in Veeva (across all brands/Divisions) ensuring compliance with BICL policies, IMC Code, Health Canada, accredited bodies and PAAB code and training requirements.
  • To ensure regionally assigned processes for Therapeutic Specialist and Therapeutic Area Manager activity readiness are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Review and execution of CRM approvals at territory level, accredited and non-accredited programs (OLAs), within all required systems.
  • Develop materials to train and support Therapeutic Specialists and Therapeutic Area Managers (regionally) regarding Event Management and Sample Governance Processes. Report and monitor and recommend additional training where required.
  • Ensure field force sample processes and practices are in compliance with National SOP requirements
  • Coordinate and manage General Administration (Nationally) for Field Teams and all co-licensing and CSO partners including assigned project management responsibilities
  • Management of all Conference Requirements for TPP including Specialty

Requirements
  • University Degree, post-secondary education or equivalent work
  • 3-5 years? experience in a similar role. Experience working with external vendors and/or outside suppliers is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with high level of detail-orientation
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Company compliance certification required within one year of role attainment.
  • Effectively manages multiple projects within strict deadlines.
  • Ability to take initiative and exhibit good judgment and problem solving skills.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) an asset
