Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and staff. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various cleaning tasks. Conduct custodial duties in accordance with established protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed within designated timeframes. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding maintenance needs or issues encountered during cleaning. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Experience

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or hotel experience is preferred. Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and safety practices related to physical labor. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with clients and coworkers. Experience using hand tools and power tools is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 48 per week
