We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel housekeeping and laundry services, demonstrating a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Duties

Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment. Launder linens, towels, and other items according to established procedures, ensuring they are clean and well-presented. Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met before guests check in. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and effectively. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or laundry services is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and moving items as needed. A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service to guests.
