Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment for guests and maintaining the overall appearance of our facilities. Previous experience in hotel or industrial cleaning is preferred, but we welcome applicants with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas according to established standards. Perform guest laundry mainly to wash dry and fold guest linen Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner. Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented.

Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping, hotel operations, or custodial services is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in hospitality or industrial settings is a plus. A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service to guests. Pay: $17.69-$23.74 per hour
