Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential or commercial settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas/units, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and personal items. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Follow established protocols for sanitation and safety to ensure a healthy environment. Assist with any additional custodial or janitorial tasks as required by management.

Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping or related fields such as janitorial services or hotel housekeeping is preferred. Strong skills in residential cleaning techniques, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and guests. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Previous experience in housekeeping management is a plus but not required.
