Housekeeping Supervisor PT
We are looking for an energetic individual to join our Hampton Housekeeping team for Supervising every second weekend (Room Attendant/Housekeeping every other weekend). The position requires day time shifts and just the right person to give 100% Hamptonality to our guests while adhering to our Hilton Clean Stay procedures!
Areas of Accountability
Part-time Housekeeping Supervisor
• Meet and exceed guest and team member expectations by providing service and teamwork.
• Provide value added service to guests by meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• Communicate effectively with guests, co-workers and supervisors.
• Demonstrate teamwork by cooperating and assisting co-workers as needed.
• Handle difficult situations effectively.
• Supervise room attendants in the prompt and efficient housekeeping of guest rooms.
• Ensure that all rooms have been cleaned by checking room attendants worksheets at the end of the day, notifying front desk accordingly.
• Supervise the completion of short notice request for room changes.
• Inspect all check out/stay over rooms after they are made up to ensure they are cleaned to brand standards.
• Keep records of room check outs/stayovers, and submits these records daily.
• Monitor quality of rooms by conducting and documenting inspections of cleaned rooms.
• Prepare maintenance work orders in regard to replacement or repair of furniture, fixtures, etc.
• Check the status of rooms on an ongoing basis and notifies room attendants of any changes
• Check VIP rooms.
• Check early morning make-up rooms.
• Coordinate cleaning of guest rooms for proper prioritization of guest requests; VIP rooms, check out rooms, etc.
• Coordinate housekeeping work with related departments such as Front Desk & Maintenance.
• Check floor linen closets daily for cleanliness, adequate supplies and linen.
• Ensure carts are properly stored and vacuum canisters are emptied at the end of each day.
• Ensure proper handling of lost and found articles.
• Assist Housekeeping Supervisor with quarterly inventory of all linen.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and security of all housekeeping equipment
• Minimize safety hazards by following all safety rules and procedures.
• Keep management promptly and fully informed of all problems or significantly unusual matters.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate
• Perform any additional duties or responsibilities as delegated by management.

Pay: $15.20-$17.20 per hour
