We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean, well-maintained, and meet the high standards expected in a hotel environment. This role is crucial in providing exceptional service to our guests and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning and public area maintenance. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards and procedures. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure quality control. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their experience. Implement safety procedures and maintain compliance with health regulations within the housekeeping department. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Experience

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or custodial field is preferred. Strong knowledge of hotel cleaning standards, industrial cleaning techniques, and best practices. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills to interact positively with staff and guests alike.
