We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custodial services, with experience in hotel or hospitality settings. This role is crucial for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring that all standards of cleanliness are met and exceeded. The Housekeeping Supervisor will lead a team of housekeepers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained. Train and mentor housekeeping staff on best practices in cleaning techniques and safety protocols. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels. Address guest inquiries or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the housekeeping department. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the facility.

Experience

Previous experience in a supervisory role within custodial or housekeeping services is preferred. Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is beneficial. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and guests. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
