We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a hospitality environment. This role is essential in ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and staff alike.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain cleanliness and adherence to quality standards. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service practices. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels. Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Implement and enforce health and safety regulations in accordance with company policies. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the housekeeping department of a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of custodial practices, industrial cleaning techniques, and safety standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff and guests. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
