Naturally Pacific Resort offers an escape into Vancouver Island\xe2\x80\x99s greatest outdoor playground. Located in Campbell River, BC with breathtaking mountain and ocean views, we will offer one of the premier hospitality experiences on Vancouver Island. Scheduled to open in January 2024 this destination resort will be complete with a 100-room luxury hotel, extraordinary dining, a luxury spa, an outdoor pool space, as well as a spectacular 18-hole golf course.

The Housekeeping Supervisor will work closely with the Director of Rooms to ensure a high level of cleanliness, resort-wide. In this challenging role, the Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee employees in the Rooms department, including rooms, laundry, and custodial, including the development and engagement of the team.
A few things we are looking for in a new team member:

• 2 years plus of progressive work experience in hospitality as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Previous experience of development and managing a team.
• Operational knowledge of hotel property management systems.
• High level of communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of the hotel and resort product and the current competitive environment.
• A passion for helping and serving others.
