Housekeeping Supervisor

who is passionate about cleanliness, leadership, and teamwork. This role supports the Housekeeping Manager in maintaining Hilton brand standards while leading and motivating the housekeeping team

Key Responsibilities



Supervise daily housekeeping operations in alignment with Hilton brand standards Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality expectations are met Assign room boards and daily tasks to housekeeping team members Train, coach, and support team members using Hilton service and cleanliness standards Ensure proper handling and usage of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment in compliance with safety guidelines Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally Communicate maintenance needs and follow up to ensure timely resolution Assist with inventory control, linen management, and supply ordering Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and brand audits

Skills



Proven experience in cleaning, floor care, janitorial services, or custodial work within hotel or hospitality environments. Strong leadership skills with experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment maintenance. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Attention to detail in inspecting cleanliness standards across various areas. Good communication skills for effective team coordination and guest interaction. Ability to train staff effectively on cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards. Qualification



Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment required Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Knowledge of Hilton brand standards is an asset Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with a diverse team Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs as required

Pay: $19.00-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
