We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all spaces are tidy and presentable. Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock amenities as needed. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a fresh appearance. Clean bathrooms including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors to ensure hygiene standards are met. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure efficient operations. Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.

Requirements

Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus. Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.(Required) A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service to guests.
