We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Housekeeping Staff

member to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, organized, and welcoming. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Duties

Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards. Change bed linens, replenish toiletries, and ensure all rooms are fully stocked and tidy. Perform routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of facilities. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team promptly. Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens. Follow proper sanitation and hygiene procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment. Handle guest requests and inquiries professionally and courteously. Support the team with deep cleaning projects and seasonal maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team. Good physical stamina and the ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods. Strong communication skills in English for interacting with guests and team members. Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
