Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing genuine hospitality and by exceeding guest expectations: \xc2\xb7 Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service \xc2\xb7 Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems \xc2\xb7 Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction Guarantee Specific responsibilities include: \xc2\xb7 Ensure Guest Rooms, Laundry and Public House areas are cleaned as per daily expectations with adherence to Canad Inns standards \xc2\xb7 Provide feedback to the department manager on any requirements needed \xc2\xb7 Prioritizes special cleaning requests (i.e. VIP rooms) \xc2\xb7 Communicate efficiently with co-workers within department for smooth functioning. \xc2\xb7 Work closely with Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager to ensure highest level of guest satisfaction is met. \xc2\xb7 Other duties as assigned by Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: From $14.15 per hour Benefits:
