Guest Service Representative / Housekeeping - Laundry Services
About us

Primary Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping service, for vacated rooms and other cleaning as required.
- Weekdays and Weekends.
Resolves minor guest complaints to the satisfaction of the customer; informs supervisor of major problems, complaints, disturbances or unhappy guests.
Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner and appropriate action is taken. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
Follows company policies and procedures.
Completes tasks where required, including house laundry, common area sanitization and dishes
Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
Health and Safety:
- . Must be double vaccinated for Covid - 19 with proof of vax pass.
- Follow safe work procedures as outlined in Departmental Policy and Procedures manuals, including the use of personal protective equipment.
Job Type: Part time with possibility of full time
