Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial spaces, ensuring a high standard of sanitation and comfort. Previous experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning as needed Ensure all sanitation standards are met to promote a safe and healthy environment Restock supplies and organize cleaning equipment for efficient workflow Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment Assist with special projects such as deep cleaning or move-in/move-out cleaning

Requirements

Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping preferred; experience in commercial cleaning or housecleaning management is a plus Skills in various cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures Ability to perform light cooking or meal preparation is a nice-to-have but not required Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for scheduled shifts Prior experience with laundry services or custodial tasks is advantageous

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.30 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
