Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly. Assist with cooking or meal preparation when required. Adhere to sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for all occupants. Document any maintenance issues or repairs needed in the facility. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. Class 5 Driving License to take client for appointments, grocery shopping etc. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation practices. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
