Northern Vision Development (NVD) is seeking an organized, hands-on leader to manage the housekeeping operations at our 99-room Best Western hotel. You model flexibility and accountability, staying until rooms are complete and supporting your team during peak periods or challenges.
What You Bring To The Role
Leadership experience in a hotel environment, including a background in housekeeping.
Quality Focus - a strong eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness, consistency, and guest-ready standards.
Communication Skills - clear, respectful communication with staff and guests.
Operational Awareness - ability to plan and adjust daily work based on hotel occupancy and guest needs.

Job Requirements:
Must be flexible with hours and able to stay until the housekeeping team finishes the daily room assignments, ability to frequently lift up to 25lbs.
