Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards. This role is essential in providing an exceptional experience for our guests and maintaining a welcoming environment. Experience in hotel or industrial cleaning is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, ensuring all surfaces are clean and presentable. Change bed linens and replenish towels and toiletries as needed. Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks appropriately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is beneficial. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality.

Pay: $18.45-$18.81 per hour
