Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in

South West Calgary. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across residential or commercial spaces, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment for clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and custodial work, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Prior experience in hotel, janitorial, or residential cleaning is highly valued. Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing Maintain cleanliness of floors through carpet cleaning, floor care, and other specialized cleaning techniques Ensure all sanitation standards are met by properly disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas Manage custodial tasks including trash removal and restocking supplies as needed Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and promptly Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including scheduling and inventory management Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members

Skills

Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or hotel housekeeping Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and cleaning techniques Ability to perform floor care such as carpet cleaning and maintenance of various flooring types Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude Experience with laundry operations and handling delicate fabrics or linens Familiarity with housekeeper management tools or systems is a plus Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks Basic cooking skills are a bonus for roles that include meal preparation responsibilities

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
