What you'll do

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and garments. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Conduct floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning and maintenance of hard surface floors to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues to management. Execute sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall efficiency in housekeeping operations. Assist in housekeeping management tasks as needed, providing support for training new staff members.

Basic qualifications

Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleaning tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments. Familiarity with janitorial practices and equipment operation. Background in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is a plus. Cooking skills are beneficial for roles requiring meal preparation.
