Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial settings. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent service and ensuring that all areas meet high standards of hygiene and appearance.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed to maintain a healthy environment. Provide floor care services such as carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance. Assist with cooking and meal preparation as needed. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Grocery Shopping

Skills

Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning environments is a plus. Familiarity with housekeeping management principles is beneficial. Ability to perform floor care tasks, including carpet cleaning and maintenance of various surfaces. Cooking skills are a nice-to-have for assisting with meal preparation when required.
