We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the property. Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the facility. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns regarding cleanliness.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hotel or industrial cleaning practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
