Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position is essential in upholding the highest standards of hygiene and presentation, contributing to overall guest satisfaction.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, ensuring all surfaces are clean and free of debris. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms and public areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.

Skills

Proven experience in custodial or industrial cleaning environments is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with hospitality or hotel cleaning practices is a plus. Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
