We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and welcoming. This role is essential in providing a comfortable environment for guests and maintaining the high standards of our establishment. Previous experience in hospitality, hotel settings, or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure a pristine environment. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces. Change bed linens and towels; restock supplies as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain cleanliness in storage areas and ensure proper organization of cleaning supplies. Follow established procedures for handling hazardous materials and chemicals safely. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, hotel environments, or custodial services is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A positive attitude with strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
