Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendants to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet hotel cleanliness standards. Replace linens, towels, and other room amenities according to hotel procedures. Replenish supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and paper products in guest rooms. Clean and sanitize public areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms. Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house areas such as laundry rooms and storage. Report maintenance issues and broken equipment to the appropriate departments. Follow health and safety regulations, using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience an asset, but not required - training provided. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must reside in Iqaluit or be willing to relocate (relocation assistance available for candidates within Canada).
