0.8 FTE - Permanent Part-TimePOSITION SUMMARY
:Employees in this classification are involved in all areas of institutional cleaning following predetermined guidelines
and routines. The employee is required to operate various types of housekeeping machines and equipment. Work
is reviewed in progress and upon completion to ensure that acceptable standards of quality and quantity are met.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma Experience with institutional housekeeping materials, equipment and techniques Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task Capacity to read and comprehend WHMIS and MSDS information Able to work at repetitive tasks Economical use of supplies, care and use of equipment Ability to follow oral directions
REQUIREMENTS:
Follows cleaning schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.,) as per department Cleans assigned areas, furnishings, and fixtures according to established procedures. Complies with all safety rules, policies and procedures Other related duties as assigned by Manager
PAY RANGE:
As per collective agreementDATE POSTED: December 8, 2025
