Housekeeping Attendant
Job Description
Located in scenic Ben Eoin, Nova Scotia our beautiful resort offers lush accommodations surrounded by four seasons of activity. World-class golf, sailing, skiing, beaches and hiking are all at your fingertips when you stay at the Lakes at Ben Eoin Golf Club & Resort.
We are looking to hire housekeeping room attendants to join our team. You will be responsible for cleaning rooms and common areas, disposing of trash, changing beds, and notifying maintenance of any issues. This position requires the dedication and motivation professional to create a high-quality, 5-star accommodation experience for guests of the Resort that lead to positive reviews and future stays. Reporting to the Manager of Housekeeping and Facilities, room attendants play a valuable role in our organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Clean and stock restrooms Clean up spills with appropriate equipment Notify managers of necessary repairs Collect and dispose of trash Assist guests when necessary Keep linen room stocked Properly clean upholstered furniture
Requirements:
Ability to manage your time efficiently Work well unsupervised and as part of a team Ability to lift at least 25 pounds Handle basic maintenance and cleaning Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with hotel guests Dedicated worker
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.75-$16.50 per hour
