Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hospitality, with an emphasis on both residential and industrial cleaning practices.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure they meet established cleanliness standards. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and properly presented. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist in deep cleaning projects as required, including industrial cleaning tasks. Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests and team members to promote a friendly atmosphere.

Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow cleaning protocols effectively. Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
