Summary

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Houseman to join our property operations team. This role is central to maintaining seamless guest flow and supporting our housekeeping and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong situational awareness, takes pride in delivering a consistently elevated environment, and works with a calm and solutions oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization in all public spaces including lobby, elevators, washrooms, hallways, and back of house service areas Support room attendants by delivering linens, restocking supplies, collecting soiled items, and assisting with room related requests Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and reporting deficiencies promptly Respond to guest needs professionally and communicate service issues to the leadership team in real time Monitor exterior grounds including entryways to ensure a polished and welcoming presentation throughout the day Assist in project based deep cleaning initiatives and seasonal tasks as assigned Follow safety and security procedures at all times and uphold brand service standards

Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping or property operations preferred Strong physical stamina and ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with the broader team Reliable, detail oriented, and committed to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness Flexible availability including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays A positive attitude and a guest focused service approach
