Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning tools and products Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to ensure safety and appearance Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch surfaces to meet health standards Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials to ensure readiness for guests or residents Provide exceptional customer service by addressing specific cleaning requests and responding promptly to guest or resident needs Manage janitorial tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines

Skills

Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning environments Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and proper cleaning procedures Ability to perform floor care including carpet cleaning and maintenance of various flooring types Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience with laundry operations and custodial responsibilities Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning chemicals Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
