Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential or commercial spaces, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment for clients. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, utilizing various cleaning techniques and customer service skills to meet high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas with attention to sanitation standards Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment for floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface disinfecting Restock supplies and ensure all areas are well-organized and presentable Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or client requests promptly and professionally Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage Assist with janitorial tasks as needed in both residential and commercial settings

Requirements

Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is preferred Knowledge of floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation procedures, and janitorial practices Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and steam cleaners Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Flexibility to adapt to different cleaning assignments and schedules Basic cooking skills are a plus for roles involving household management tasks

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
