Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with food preparation and service in dining areas when necessary, adhering to food safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in the restaurant or food industry is a plus, with skills in food handling and preparation being advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices is desirable. Barista experience or knowledge of food service operations is beneficial. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
