Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper & Houseperson (it will be a joint job) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and welcoming experience. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and properly arranged. Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and refreshments. Clean common areas, hallways, and restrooms to maintain a pristine environment for guests. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Cover houseperson's duties while they are on days off

Skills

Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff members.
