April Fresh Cleaning Services is Hiring!

April Fresh Cleaning Services is looking for part-time or full-time Cleaners for year-round employment. If you have applied for a position with April Fresh previously and you were not selected, we encourage you to apply again. Unfortunately we can only hire and train one to two individuals at a time, so when we advertise our positions, there are often good, qualified candidates that we may have had to pass on while we focused on hiring and training the few that were selected.

About the Position

April Fresh Cleaning Services specializes in residential and vacation-rental cleaning services. The company is currently hiring Cleaners to work in Penticton and the surrounding areas. This position involves cleaning at the clients' places of residence or at a vacation rental location.

Cleaners will be responsible for meeting and maintaining the Company job standards. Cleaners will be able to work alone, under their own supervision, or at times they will work with small teams of cleaners on a job site.

Driving Cleaners

, whom will be able to drive to and from a job site on their own, using their own vehicles (compensation provided).

Starting Hourly Rate

: $20-$23/hour

Hours:

Starting with Part-Time Hours through training and leading to Full-Time Hours upon completion of training, or as full a schedule as is agreed to with the Cleaner. We have full-time hours for those individuals that are looking for them. We are looking to fill year-round positions

Schedule:

Flexible schedule; though, a regular schedule is preferred.

We are seeking Cleaners who:

are motivated, have a positive attitude and who enjoy cleaning work well in teams or alone and under their own supervision have a clean criminal record (a criminal record check is required)

Driving Cleanerswill hold a minimum of a class 5 BC driver's license with a clean drivers abstract currently reside in the Southern Okanagan area and are legally eligible to work in Canada
Previous cleaning experience is an asset, however, it is not required.
