Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute residential cleaning tasks such as laundry, kitchen cleaning, and bathroom sanitation. Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to maintain the appearance of floors. Provide janitorial services in commercial settings, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks. Manage housekeeping duties effectively in hotels or similar establishments, ensuring guest satisfaction through cleanliness. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues.

Requirements

Has work permit Has driver's license Flexible to work on weekends Proven experience in cleaning roles, including residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial experience (preferably with AirBnb) Familiarity with sanitation practices and safety protocols in various environments. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require additional focus. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and guests. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in housekeeping management is a plus but not required. Pay: $20.00 per hour
