Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a pristine environment for our clients.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and garments. Provide janitorial services that may include restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services provided. Maintain equipment and supplies in good working condition; report any maintenance issues as needed. Assist with carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks as required. Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold company standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or janitorial roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Experience in housekeeping management or hotel environments is a plus. Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment is beneficial.
