Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential spaces, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for clients.

Drivers licence, access to vehicle and police records check are absolutely mandatory prior to starting

. This role offers an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service while demonstrating strong organizational and cleaning skills. Fluency in English is required. Prior experience in residential cleaning, hospitality, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. The Housekeeper will play a vital role in upholding our standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction through efficient and thorough work.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens Prepare and maintain supplies needed for cleaning tasks to ensure efficiency Organize and prioritize daily cleaning schedules to meet client expectations Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs politely and professionally Maintain high standards of cleanliness while adhering to safety protocols Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific preferences or special requests Ensure all areas are sanitized and hygienic, following health guidelines

Requirements

Fluency in English Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential cleaning preferred Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Ability to perform laundry duties accurately and efficiently Good communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members Knowledge of hospitality standards or previous experience in customer service is advantageous Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail Reliable transportation or access to reliable means of commuting to various client locations
