What you'll do

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a pristine environment. Execute floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain high standards of hygiene. Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to uphold quality standards and address any guest requests or concerns. Utilize industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively to enhance cleaning efficiency. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs promptly. Adhere to safety protocols and best practices while performing janitorial tasks. Provide exceptional hospitality by ensuring that all areas are welcoming and inviting for guests.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles.

Preferred qualifications

Familiarity with housekeeping management practices. Experience with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
