MacLeod Ivey's Terrace Nursing Home is a 36-bed MacLeod Cares nursing home in Nova Scotia offering a mix of Residential Care Facility and Nursing Care beds and part of Macleod Group Health Services LTD (MGHSL). MacLeod Ivey's Terrace is located on expansive landscaped grounds off Park Street and is close to Trenton Park with picturesque walking trails and ponds. We are seeking individuals who are committed to service excellence and providing quality person centered care. As a Housekeeper you play an integral role in the operations of our community and provide our residents a clean, sanitary comfortable, orderly and satisfying surrounding. You will work within a team setting while operating with professionalism, and care for the residents, coworkers and families.

Do you possess:

Proof of COVID Vaccination

Previous cleaning experience in a nursing home (as asset, not required)

A passion to work with others to provide ethical and professional care for others

The ability to read, speak and write English in order to effectively communicate with others

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Trenton, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:

Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
