Your Responsibilities

Perform high-quality cleaning in residential homes: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom detailing, etc. Maintain cleaning tools and manage supplies to ensure efficient workflow Provide excellent customer service--our clients trust us in their homes, and we treat that trust with care Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and coworkers Follow instructions and uphold high cleanliness standards, always aiming to exceed expectations

What We're Looking For

Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning (references required) Excellent time management and organizational skills Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and reliability Friendly, compassionate, and takes pride in their work Comfortable working independently or with a team Trustworthy and bondable

Valid driver's license

and access to a

reliable vehicle

Bonus: Leadership experience or desire to grow within a team

Nice-to-Have Skills

Ability to launder linens and towels to standard Light knowledge of cooking or meal prep (asset, not required)
