Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring all areas meet our cleanliness standards. Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality by providing exceptional service to guests during their stay. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by management.

Experience

Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus. Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and custodial practices is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with proven cleaning skills and knowledge of proper cleaning techniques. Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
