We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in cottage resort. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-presented. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their cleaning preferences and needs. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests or concerns from guests. Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all.

Skills

Proficient in residential cleaning techniques and practices. Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality results. Previous experience in housekeeping or related fields is preferred but not required.
