Overview:

We are seeking a reliable housekeeper and mother's helper for the afternoons (3pm to 7pm) to come to our home to help with meal preparation and housekeeping.

Mother's Helper Role: Meal and snack preparation (prepare and serve after school meal for the children, prepare and cook the family's dinner for after activities) .

Housekeeping Role: Cleaning of kitchen and dining room (load and unload dishwasher, clean surfaces where meals were prepared or children ate), tidy all play areas (put away and organize toys and craft materials), vacuum, mop, put through a load of laundry and fold, and clean washrooms.

Requirements:

- Ability to cook nutritious meals for children
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and other caregivers
- Proficiency in English (additional language skills such as French are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and activities
- Knowledge of residential cleaning practices to maintain cleanliness in the home
- Time management skills to ensure punctuality and adherence to schedules

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
