Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness.
Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed.
• Dust, vacuum, and polish furniture and fixtures to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products in guest rooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies while performing cleaning tasks.
• Assist with laundry services as required, ensuring timely turnover of linens and towels.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests while respecting their privacy.
Skills
• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial work is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and thoroughly.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices related to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.98-$18.00 per hour
