Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods Maintain organized work areas and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific preferences or special requests Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hospitality in all interactions and duties

Qualifications

Proficiency in English. Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Experience with laundry processes Exceptional communication skills to interact professionally with clients Demonstrated customer service orientation with a friendly and respectful attitude Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift at least 50lbs
