Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This role requires excellent time management and customer service skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and well-presented for use. Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency in daily tasks. Communicate with guests to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns promptly. Uphold high standards of hospitality by creating a welcoming atmosphere through cleanliness and attention to detail. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality or housekeeping preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and orderliness. A friendly demeanor with strong customer service orientation.
