Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in our cottages and suites, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Proficiency in English is essential.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of cottage and suite areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces. Execute laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing bedding. Maintain an organized schedule to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks. Prepare meals as needed, demonstrating basic cooking skills to meet client preferences. Communicate effectively with guests to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally. Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout all tasks performed. Waitressing and kitchen duties may be added to this job role

Experience

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills in English. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently. Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is beneficial. A background in hospitality or customer service will enhance your application. Starts in January and lasts until end of March. Just before trails open for training purposes and ends just after trails close Catering and Hosting of snowmobilers

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week
