Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential settings, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents and guests. This role requires strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas. Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and neatly presented. Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of the home. Communicate effectively with residents to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Prepare simple meals as needed, demonstrating basic cooking skills. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Adhere to health and safety standards while performing cleaning tasks. Provide exceptional hospitality by creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents.

Requirements

Proven experience in residential cleaning or hospitality settings is preferred. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail. Excellent time management abilities to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Basic cooking skills are desirable for meal preparation tasks. A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in all areas of responsibility. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
