The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our vacation rental properties, ensuring that each guest enjoys a comfortable and welcoming stay. The successful applicant will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong sense of pride in their work.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Change linens, make beds, and replenish room amenities
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Restock unit with needed toiletries, kitchen supplies, paper goods, etc. Remove this line, our inspectors do the stocking
• Take Before/After Pictures during each turnover
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
• Launder towels, linens, and other items as needed
• Report any deficiencies or maintenance issues
• Assist with other housekeeping duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:1-2 years of Housekeeping experience

• Must have valid license & cellphone
• Reliable transportation required (vehicle allowance paid).
• Positive attitude, self starter, team player and solutions orientated
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Repetitive physically demanding tasks-standing for long periods of time, bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching
• Some high school/completion of high school
• Must be able to speak and read text in English
• Must be able to repetitively lift 50 pounds

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Hourly Rate: $22 - $25Benefits

• As needed. If you would like to pick up a little last minute work when there's a gap in our schedule, or an extra few hours of work each week on specific days to supplement your main job, we have a place for you!
